board.
Candidates - Unlimited number of candidates can register
and apply for positions and you can be notified of candidates
based on criteria you decide in order to identify high caliber
candidates.
Search - by qualifications, skills, experiences, salary
option, age, institution based, location based and Files can
be searched for structured data or free text by word or phrase
Correspondence - Can send email and Mobile SMS messages
from the system. You can also send automatic correspondence
when candidate register, apply for positions and select interviews.
These messages use templates and can be personalized. You can
also send automatic emails to candidates when their application
is accepted or rejected or for other stages of the application
process.
Calendars - all the appointments and interview schedules
can be viewed in the calendar format with date and time. Further
follow-ups, daily routine, requirement pending can be tracked
and viewed and alerts will be given to the user.
Interview-You can setup test and interview appointments
for candidates who you wish to have attend tests or interviews
and allow those candidates to select their own appointment times.
You do this by setting up appointments and the candidates go
to the candidate portal and select the interviews themselves.
Selection-Hiring managers view the status of open jobs
and the reports will be available on candidate statistics, the
number and the status of all positions and the number of submittal
prospects. The Hiring managers can speed up the requisition
submittal process to recruiters so that they can begin the search
process immediately.
Reports-Increase efficiency and make wiser decisions
based on instant reporting data. Improves forecasting abilities
for recruitment planning and marketing strategies. Reports are
categorized in specific areas to make reporting options easier
for you. Onscreen reporting or can be integrated with MS Excel.
Security - every user will be given login and passwords,
control panel will be given to Administrator, User definable
levels of access.
